Returns
Extended returns policy for Christmas: return requests for all orders placed in December 2020 will be accepted, in accordance with the instructions indicated in the Conditions of Sale, within 30 days from the delivery date. The possible return cost will be deducted from the refund. For more information please contact our Customer Care team to support@coltortiboutique.com.
Items must be returned to us in their original state, unused and unwashed, with all security tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a DHL shipping label and a link to schedule a pick-up whenever is more convenient for you.
 
Refunds
You will be refunded via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your credit card company. Orders placed with Paypal or AliPay will be refunded to the original account. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
