Returns and Refunds
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, it will be possible to partially or totally return the products within 14 days from the date of the delivery of the order.
Products must be returned:
1. properly packed in their original packaging and in a perfect state of resale (not damaged or soiled), equipped with all the pertinent accessories (for example boxes, bags, belts and more) and documentation;
2. without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with a normal fitting test. They must not bear traces of prolonged use exceeding the time required for a fitting test and must not be in a state that does not allow resale;
3. with tag and warranty seal still attached, these elements are an integral part of the goods and a mandatory return conditions;
In case the returned item does not comply with Coltorti Boutique’s Return policy and in any case in a state that does not allow resale, we reserve the right to refuse customer's return request by giving appropriate notice. Following this communication, the consumer can regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned. The cost of returns is the same of the cost of shipping and it varies according to the geographical area; for this reason, refer to the SHIPPINGandTAXES section which gives an indication for each destination. Where due, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund having checked the integrity of the product/s and after the right of withdrawal has been confirmed.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS RETURNS
To ask for returns, please login to your Account and select “My Orders” and then select the order you want to return and open it by clicking VIEW ORDER.
HOW TO RETURN
Please following these few simple steps to return your order:
1 - Click on the CREATE RETURN button and fill in the form in all its parts. Choose the day and time slot you prefer the courier will pick up your return at home. We please recommend you to pay close attention to your contact details ( email and phone number) because DHL will get in touch with you to confirm the pick-up. The choice of the day and time of collection must be made within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of creation of the return.
2- Please click "PRINT SHIPPING LABEL" button to download the return label to be printed and attach it to the package which will be collected by the courier on the appointed day. You may use the same box or a different rigid carton box, make sure is securely closed.
N.B. The pick-up address may be different from the order delivery address, but must be in the same country as the delivery address. The pick-up address can be a DHL Parcel ServicePoints.
If the return request will go through, you will receive a return authorization email with the tracking link to track your package. When the return will be received by our warehouse you will receive an e-mail notification.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds will be made once the return arrives at our warehouses, the products will be verified in accordance with the Return Policy and therefore the return will be accepted. The refund will be made within 7 working days from the date of return acceptance and we will notify you by email. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase. For orders placed by credit card, the amount will be available within a few days, depending on the circuit used. For orders placed with Paypal, the amount will be refunded to the original account. Please consider this timing is subject to banking procedures and that it may vary for different Countries / payment methods. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. The refund amount will be equivalent to the amount of products actually accepted in the return, net of shipping costs(from and to your country), eventual customs charges and taxes that will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time, however you can return your garments. After return you can place a new order if you want a different colour, another size or an entirely different style item.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce applies. In the case of defective, incorrect merchandise or for assistance we invite you to immediately contact support@coltortiboutique.com that We reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
